Job Description:

Process all applications from non-franchise dealers and Dealer Track following agreed upon parameters for these loans. 

Assists branches with the closing of these loans, maintains tracking records of all approved, denied and withdrawn applications for these loans in a timely manner. 

Ensures all documentation in the files for these loans is complete and accurate. 

Works closely with the Collections Team to retrieve collateral when loans are not paid as agreed and maintains professional business relationships with the dealers. 

Keeps the Consumer Lending Manager, and VP/SLO informed of all activities and changes in activities with the non-franchise dealers.

 

Job Skills:

2 years loan processing experience, including knowledge of qualifying and guidelines. 

Have a knowledge of Banking and financial products as well as loan funding procedures, disbursements and overall closing functions. 

Experience in reviewing consumer loan applications and documentation for all lending parameters required.     

  

Additional Information:

Must have a working knowledge of Word, Excel and business software products including spreadsheets. 

Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with members, team members and vendors, possess a friendly and pleasant attitude and demeanor when dealing with members and coworkers, and non-franchise dealers and have good reasoning abilities and sound judgment, ability to maintain order in an environment of changing priorities. 

Spanish-English preferred. 

Description:

Provide prompt, efficient and courteous in-person financial services to members, processing financial transactions, cross-selling all Credit Union products and services, and effectively responding to member inquiries.

Job Skills: 

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum one year heavy cash handling/teller experience, computer knowledge and aptitude for accurate data entry.

Additional Info: 

Must be service and sales and detail oriented self-starter, possess neat appearance, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to articulate clearly verbally and in writing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel greatly desired.

Spanish-English preferred.

Job Description:

Responsible for responding to member calls, understanding issues, meeting needs, solving problems promptly and efficiently and recommending additional products and services

 

 Job Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent required with minimum of one year call center, member service, or retail experience preferred.

Must have computer knowledge and aptitude for accurate data entry

Description:  Receive and great members and visitors.  Answers routine questions and assists visitors in meeting with appropriate University Credit Union personnel.  Records and relays messages and responsible for upkeep and professional look of main lobby area.

 

Job Skills:  High School diploma or equivalent required.  Possess computer knowledge and aptitude for accurate data entry. Proficiency in Word and Excel greatly desired.

Job Description:

Responsible for quality control review and proper documentation of loan files

Responsible for processing Collateral Protection Insurance

Maintaining the loan vault and loan files in an organized and orderly fashion so that all files are easily accessible

File all documents in loan files timely

Review all loan files for proper documentation and authorizations

Provide support to loan officers and collections department by responding to requests for loan files

Track all files reviewed and findings in an excel spreadsheet and report weekly to Lending Manager

 

 Job Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent required with one to two years of similar or related experience in a financial institution environment

Knowledge of financial transactions (i.e. deposits, withdrawals, daily reconcilement)

Knowledge of loan processing, credit report interpretation, employment verification and loan interviewing is desired

Must possess a friendly/pleasant attitude and demeanor when answering questions, explaining and enforcing University Credit Union policies and providing service to members and co-workers

Have the ability to handle detailed work with computer skills in Excel and Word
